Frum Man Stabbed Multiple At his New City Home

A Frum man was targeted in a random stabbing attack Thursday night, leaving him in critical condition and fighting for his life at Westchester Medical Center.

According to preliminary reports, the victim had encountered his assailant in the driveway of his home, and ten minutes later, around 8:30pm, was found stabbed multiple times at his front door. Hatzoloh was called and rushed the victim to Westchester Medical Center,

According to multiple news sources, a suspect of interest has been detained by Ramapo Police, but details on who this might be and if they are in fact involved in the crime remains unknown.

According to abc7, before going into surgery, the victim told detectives that he did not recognize the man. The man is recovering after his surgery and detectives hope to talk to him later.

The victim’s name for Tehillim is Eliezer Ben Galia Elka.
