The Rockland County EMS Memorial is in honor and memory of Rockland County EMS heroes. It is dedicated to Kim Lippes – EMS 1 RC EMS Coordinator for her vision and dream serving Rockland County from 1995 – 2021. On the Memorial is a plaque for every Ambulance Corps in the County, including Hatzoloh EMS.
